On a SLOW summer afternoon we spent ~ an hour on a stair jumping photo shoot... to see whose picture was the coolest. Luckily no injuries.
4th of July at Alameda beach. Paul made a fort out of one of our blankets.
Cydney joined us for some driveway fireworks then some real fireworks at the local college.
Alex decorated his new Tony Hawk bike with confetti, then the kids spread poppers all over the driveway and rode over them a million times.

Those stair photos are great - I love how Mason's wearing a helmet! The muffins look delish, and nice that you went to see fireworks for the 4th..We'll be seeing ours next week! (French independence day)
