Happy Belated Birthday to Paul! One of Paris' and my favorite downtown spots- notice the large fish and big turtle on the rock.
We walked way out on the pier (it's at least 1/2 mile long) at the Berkeley Marina on Sunday. Paul fished here frequently with his Dad and with Roman when he was younger. The kids were excited to see all the fisherman and are ready to give it a try themselves! ... to be continued...
Paul and his friend, Albert, hosted quite a barbecue at Heather Farm park today. They grilled steaks, ribs, pork chops, lamb chops and chicken (Wayne would have appreciated the meat fest :)) The kids were all thrilled to have such an elaborate picnic.

Hearing about that BBQ is making me hungry ! And by the way, I love Paris' wardrobe - cute clothes in all these pictures, she's quite the pretty little fashion plate ! :)
PS: happy birthday to Paul, and what in heaven's name is that dish with the candles in it? It must be cake, but my brain wants it to be lasagna or something.. (OK, I'd better go eat now!)
Hey Julie-
the cake is tiramisu- Paul's favorite dessert- Paris' outfit in the first picture is a fancy tutu leotard hand-me-down from Emily/Morgan (Kristi's girls) that Paris has been proudly wearing for a good 3 years now :)
so glad for an update, i was beginning to worry about you. first, love the turtle and the baby doll is a little scary. happy bday paul!
I hadn't even noticed the tutu...can't believe she can still fit in it.
Her outfit by the fish/turtle is darling
